About Clarityflow

Clarityflow is coaching software built around async conversations between coaches and their clients.

Clarityflow is coaching software built around async conversations. Coaches and their clients send recorded video, voice, screen and text messages and reply on their own time, so the conversation keeps going between sessions without booking another call. Around those conversations, Clarityflow brings together the other tools a coaching business runs on, such as courses, groups and coaching packages, depending on the plan.

Clarityflow is made for coaches and the clients they work with: business coaches, life coaches, sales coaches and coaches who run groups, whether they coach one to one, run group programs, or both.

What makes Clarityflow different

Many coaches end up duct-taping several tools together: one for messages, another for courses, another for their community and another for payments. That leaves too much friction between a coach and their client.

Clarityflow starts from the conversation and builds the rest of the coaching business around it. A coach can share a lesson from their library, enroll a client in a course or bring a group together, all in the same conversational flow. Our mission is to give coaches and their clients a simple, clean and powerful way to work together.

How it began

Clarityflow began in early 2021 as ZipMessage, an async messaging tool. Some of its earliest customers were coaches, and the more we talked with them, the clearer it became how much async conversations could do for a coaching practice, and how much more coaches needed around them.

In March 2023, ZipMessage changed its name to Clarityflow and moved to clarityflow.com. It is the same product from the same company, ZipMessage, Inc., grown into software built to power a coaching business. Read the announcement, or how Clarityflow is related to ZipMessage.

Meet the founder

Brian Casel, founder of Clarityflow

Clarityflow was founded by Brian Casel. Before starting it, Brian spent years as a consultant, coach and teacher in his industry. In all of his conversations with clients, teammates and partners, one thing kept coming up: people need to communicate clearly, and on a schedule that works for them. That idea became ZipMessage.

As Brian spoke with more and more coaches, they told him how frustrating it was, for them and their clients, to piece together several tools just to run a modern coaching business. So he focused Clarityflow on helping coaches scale their client relationships without giving up the clarity, trust and depth that good coaching depends on.

A small team that listens

Clarityflow is built by a small, nimble team. We're known for being highly responsive to our customers, and we keep listening to the coaches who use Clarityflow every day. Our focus is simple: make the best tool for coaches to communicate with their clients.
