Create intake pages
Every Clarityflow account comes with a certain number of intake pages.
An intake page is a special public page, with an easy-to-remember URL, where others can record and send messages to you. When someone sends a message via your intake page, it starts a new conversation in Clarityflow.
By default, only the person who submitted the message and you (the account owner or team members in your account) will see the conversation that is created when someone submits a message on your intake page. In other words, when you share your intake page with multiple people, those people do not see each others' messages.
Embed an intake form on your own website

Success page redirects after intake page submissions
After someone submits a message via your intake page(s), you have three options for where they are sent:
(default) The user is directed straight into the new conversation that was started, with their message as the first message in the thread.
You can direct the user to a clean "success" page hosted on Clarityflow. You can set your own headline and content for this page.
You can redirect the user to a custom URL.
Redirect returning clients to an existing conversation
By default, every intake page submission starts a new conversation. On Professional plans and higher, you can optionally send returning clients back into an existing conversation from the same intake page instead.
How to enable it
Edit the intake page.
Open Options.
Turn on Redirect returning clients to an existing conversation.
This setting is off by default.
When enabled: if the person is identified and already has a matching conversation from this intake page, their new submission is posted as a new message in that conversation instead of creating another one.
Anonymous submissions always start a new conversation.
Which conversation to use
If more than one matching conversation exists, use Which conversation a returning client's message posts to:
Their most recently created conversation — the conversation started most recently from this intake page.
Their most recently updated conversation — the conversation with the most recent activity (default).
When a new conversation is still created
Clarityflow only posts into a matching conversation that is:
Open to replies (messages are not closed), and
Not closed (Access → Close conversation is off)
If every matching conversation is closed to replies or closed entirely, a new conversation is created instead.
Archived conversations are only used if there is no unarchived match, and they must still be open to replies and not closed.
What does not run again on reuse
When a submission posts into an existing conversation, it is treated as a reply:
Intake page workflows do not run again
Tags applied on new conversations are not re-applied
Other new-conversation automations (e.g. ConvertKit subscribe-on-create, conversation-created webhooks) do not fire again
Normal message notifications still apply.
