Integrate Zoom with Appointments in Clarityflow

If you use Zoom for hosting live meetings with your clients, you can integrate your Zoom account so that every new appointment has a new Zoom meeting link attached to it.

Here's how to set it up:

1. Go to your Clarityflow User setttings ("My Settings") > "Zoom Connection" and link your Zoom account.

2. Go to your Appointments > Edit an Appointment Type

3. Edit the "Location" setting to automatically link your Zoom account and create Zoom meetings for every appointment of this type.

When you enable call recording in Zoom, your recordings will be automatically posted as messages in the conversation that results from the appointment booking.
